LJ-SJ101G is a sintered flux for submerged arc for X60-X70 grade pipes. It has a basicity of about 1.8, white round particles, and a particle size of 2.0-0.4mm (10-45 mesh). It can be used in both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode in DC. The arc burns stably, the slag is easy to remove, and the weld is beautiful. The weld has high low-temperature impact toughness.
Due to the special production process, the flux has good moisture resistance, the welding loose weight is small, and the flux consumption is small during the welding process.
With appropriate welding wire (SU08C, SU26, SU34, SUM3, SUM31), it can weld a variety of pipeline steels, such as X52, X60,
X65, X70, etc. It can also be used for multi-layer welding, double-sided single-pass welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding.

1. The flux must be baked at 300-350℃ for 2h before use.
2. Before welding, remove rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment.
