ECoCr-A
Alloy Type: A5.13, SOLID SURFACING Electrodes and Welding Rods, A5.13
ECoCr-A Cobalt Alloy 6 is the most widely used of the wear resistant cobalt based alloys and exhibits good all-round performance. It is regarded as the industry standard for general-purpose wear resistance applications, has excellent resistance to many forms of mechanical and chemical degradation over a wide temperature range, and retains a reasonable level of hardness up to 500⁰C (930⁰F). It also has a good resistance to impact and cavitation erosion. Cobalt Alloy 6 is ideally suited to a variety of hardfacing processes and can be turned with carbide tooling.
This is a titanium calcium coating cobalt base surfacing electrode, suitable for DC reverse connection, the surfacing metal can still maintain good wear resistance and corrosion resistance at 650℃, impact resistance and cold and hot fatigue resistance. Can be used in the requirements of around 650℃ work can still maintain good wear resistance and certain corrosion resistance, as well as in the impact and cold and heat staggered place, can have good performance.
