E309LT1-1 - Flux Cored Welding Wire

Used for stainless steel structures of the same types, composite steel, dissimilar steel, etc.in the production of equipment of synthetic fiber, petrochemical industry, etc.,and also used for surfacing welding on nuclearreactors and transition layers of pressure vessel inner surfaces and welding inner parts of synthesis towers

What is E309LT1-1

What is E309LT1-1

is a kind of stainless steel gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire.It has soft and stable arc, fewer spatters, beautiful appearance of weld, good slag detachability and excellent welding performance.All-position welding. The deposited metal has excellent crack-resistance.

How E309LT1-1 Works

During welding, the flux core of the E309LT1-1 wire generates a protective gas shield when it reacts with the heat of the arc. This shield protects the weld pool from atmospheric contamination, ensuring a clean and stable weld bead. The self-shielding nature of E309LT1-1 makes it highly convenient for outdoor and windy conditions where using an external shielding gas may be challenging.

Product Structure Analysis

Our E309LT1-1 welding consumable is composed of several key components that work together to ensure optimal welding performance. The product structure includes:

  • Steel Core: The steel core provides the strength and structural integrity to the welding wire, enabling smooth feeding through the welding torch.
  • Flux Compound: The flux compound is situated within the core of the wire and is responsible for generating the shielding gas during welding.
  • Outer Sheath: The outer sheath acts as a protective layer for the core, ensuring the integrity of the welding wire during storage and handling.
