ERNi-1
ERNi-1 is a nickel-based welding wire commonly used for welding and surfacing applications. It is primarily composed of nickel and offers excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance, making it suitable for welding nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, and other corrosion-resistant materials. ERNi-1 is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and nuclear power, particularly in environments requiring resistance to corrosion and high-temperature strength.
- Corrosion Resistance: ERNi-1 exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, and salts.
- High-Temperature Performance: It maintains good mechanical properties and stability even at elevated temperatures.
3.Weldability: The wire offers good fluidity during welding, making it easy to operate and producing high-quality welds.
Welding nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel, Monel).
Welding stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials.
Used in the fabrication and repair of chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, boilers, and other industrial components.
ERNi-1 is typically used with gas-shielded welding processes, such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding. Pure argon is commonly used as the shielding gas to prevent oxidation and contamination during welding.
