ER NiCrMo-3
ERNiCrMo-3 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum welding wire designed for welding and surfacing applications, particularly in environments requiring high corrosion resistance and strength at elevated temperatures. It is commonly used for welding nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) and other similar materials. This filler metal is widely utilized in industries such as chemical processing, aerospace, marine, and power generation, where resistance to corrosive media and high-temperature stability are critical.
Welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys like Inconel 625.
Fabrication and repair of chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, and reactors.
Offshore and marine applications, such as seawater piping and components.
Aerospace and power generation industries for high-temperature components.

1.Clean the base material thoroughly to remove oil, oxides, and other contaminants before welding.
2.Use proper welding techniques and parameters to avoid defects such as porosity or cracking.
3.Preheat and post-weld heat treatment may be required for certain applications to minimize residual stresses and improve weld performance.
