E81T1-Ni2C

E81T1-Ni2C - Flux Cored Welding Wire

Used for welding structures made of 550MPa low-alloy high strength steel.Widely used for welding some key structures ike hoisting machinery, bridges, storage tanks,steel-frame structures, etc.

What is E81T1-Ni2C

What is E81T1-Ni2C

is a kind of titania type CO2 gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire.It has excellent welding performance, soft and stable arc, fewer spatters, good slag detachability and beautiful appearance of weld.All-position welding. The weld metal has been given toughening treatment by microelements,so it has excellent low temperature toughnes sabove -40℃ and good crack-resistance.

How E81T1-Ni2C Works

During welding, the flux core of the E71T wire generates a protective gas shield when it reacts with the heat of the arc. This shield protects the weld pool from atmospheric contamination, ensuring a clean and stable weld bead. The self-shielding nature of E71T makes it highly convenient for outdoor and windy conditions where using an external shielding gas may be challenging.

Product Structure Analysis

Our E81T1-Ni2C welding consumable is composed of several key components that work together to ensure optimal welding performance. The product structure includes:

  • Steel Core: The steel core provides the strength and structural integrity to the welding wire, enabling smooth feeding through the welding torch.
  • Flux Compound: The flux compound is situated within the core of the wire and is responsible for generating the shielding gas during welding.
  • Outer Sheath: The outer sheath acts as a protective layer for the core, ensuring the integrity of the welding wire during storage and handling.
